Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 2 days for your order to be processed. Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail standard delivery. Please contact us if your order is required urgently and we will try and accommodate where possible.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.99. Single orders with a value of over £30.00 will qualify for free shipping.
Tinies.UK assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control.
Parcels not collected from your local post office that are returned to us can be reshipped at your own cost.

Please be aware that when ordering items alongside a pre-order item, they will be shipped at the same time.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
If you wish to make a return, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Tinies will accept returns within 14 days if the products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products must be returned in original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. No products may be returned to Little Ducklings Store without the prior written consent of Little Ducklings.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that postage will not be reimbursed.
